Much of Scott’s real estate career has been spent on the commercial side with a focus on multifamily investment where he worked as both a broker and owner/operator. His extensive experience includes cultivating relationships with buyers and sellers, project underwriting, strategic marketing, contract negotiations, and property management. Scott has overseen the rehabilitation of hundreds of multifamily units, successfully increasing rents and property values through targeted improvements and operational efficiencies.
